Coordinated housing market monitoring makes spatial structures, spatial processes, and housing needs transparent. It enables effective and sustainable decisions in areas of action such as settlement development and housing policy.<\/p>\n<p>Based on this, it must deliver core findings, for example on the demand and supply of the housing market as well as the market framework. Accordingly, the monitoring, through a valid database, shall create the analytical foundations for regional dialogues on housing development, also by involving regional stakeholders and future users from the various sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The feasibility study is intended to reconcile the content and objectives of monitoring and formulate quantitative and qualitative minimum requirements. This includes technical feasibility as well as data-related feasibility. Within the scope of the project, in close coordination and division of labour with the project partners, I will provide services in the area of monitoring conception, identification of relevant and suitable indicators, and participation (in particular, online surveys).
